Meet the Team

Ellie. 

 

Ellie’s background has always been in events and hospitality. From an early age, Ellie worked across a number of bars and pubs across Sussex where she dedicated a number of years to the art of hospitality before progressing onto event catering where her real passion for the events industry came alive. From there, Ellie quickly built up a great reputation across the events space and took on the wedding management of a number of venues in Sussex. A few years later, Ellie established her first solo venture, ‘Bower Events’, a wedding planning and coordination service supporting couples to bring their visions to life. 

 

Ellie is the beating heart of Bower + Hawthorne, the creative and the facilitator. When Ellie isn’t shaking up a margarita or planning a wedding, she can be found travelling and spending time with loved ones.

Brandon. 

 

Brandon’s background kick-started in hospitality where he found his deep passion for drinks. After a decent stint working in restaurants, he decided to further his understanding of drinks and decided to undertake the Wine & Spirit Education Trust courses before enrolling in a degree at Brighton University in Wine Business. Now with over 10 years experience in drinks, Brandon has worked across drinks agencies, craft breweries and held a lead commercial role for one of England’s most renowned sparkling wine producers.

 

Brandon is the drinks guy and is meticulous about quality and service. Outside of Bower + Hawthorne, Brandon can be found on a squash court, football pitch or with his head in a good book.

Lynette. 

 

Lynette has an extensive background in recruitment and commanded a number of significant business development roles across a variety of different industries. Following on from her background in recruitment, Lynette has held a number of roles across the hospitality industry as her ultimate passion is building relationships and rapport. 

 

Lynette is the go-to for customer relations and business development and keeps everything in check behind the scenes at the Bower + Hawthorne HQ. Outside of the daily bar hustle, Lynette enjoys time with family, sun-seeking & and a good social with friends.
